Description:

The SHQ family is a serie of Desktop power supplies where
all experience which we made with our NIM, CAMAC, and VME
modules has been considered.


Furthermore additional features have been implemented. This
unit offers extraordinary specifications concerning stability and
precision of the output voltage. Its quality as an instrument
for current and voltage measurements is clearly improved.


The resolution of current measurement via LCD or Interface can
be up to 100 pA resolution.


Based on this new desk top version of the HIGH PRECISION
series we are introducing two new special versions:
1.) The unit for computer controlled Resistance-Isolation-
Measurement Type SHQ 106 L-s.
2.) The Power Supply for computer controlled Piezo - Testing
Type SHQ 102 s-1.


All units also offer the well known attributes as there are the
overload and short circuit protection, low ripple and noise and
low EMI.


All units, either the one (1xxx) channel version or the two
(2xxx) channel version are with serial interface (RS 232 or optional CAN).
An IEEE 488 interface is under preparation.
