EHS 82xxx and F2xxx modular Multichannel High Voltage power supplies with excellent resolution for current measurement by the use of two current measurement ranges

The modular Multichannel High Voltage power supplies of EHS 82xxx and F2xxx series have got an upgrade during the last weeks. In collaboration with the University of Basel and the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-University in Frankfurt, High Voltage Modules with excellent resolution of current measurement even at very low currents (>1nA) have been developed. This is achieved by using of two current measurement ranges.

The very good resolution for the current measurement was a request for characterisation of dark current of Avalanche Photo Diodes which shall be used at the future FAIR Project at the facility of GSI in Darmstadt. The units can also be used for many other applications with requests for High Voltages with very high stability and very good resolution of current measurement.

Output voltages up to 6kV or output currents up to 15mA are available. The resolution of voltage setting and measurement can be down to 10mV and the resolution of the current measurement is 50pA in the small current measurement range (20 uA > Io > 1nA).
