New 10kV EHS modules

The EHS product family has seen some new additions. This is
a 4 channel unit with maximum output voltage of 10kV and 500µA
per channel and a 8 channel unit with maximum output voltage of 8kV
and 1mA per channel..

Ripple and noise is lower than 50mVpp for the 10kV and lower than
30mVpp for the 8kV. As usual for the EHS series, these units also have very good resolutions for setting and readout of voltage and current as well as a very good stability. HV output is provided via Kings connectors for 10kV and SHV connectors for 8kV.
